Kontakt sees no content, but Native Access say it is loaded

Hello,
I relocated my content to an external drive because of space issues. I relocated everything successfully using Native Access. I followed instructions to start the Kontakt 8 app so it could rebuild the database.
Kontakt 8 cannot see anything. I cannot convince it to see it either. Interestingly, in Kontakt 8 settings→Libraries, it has checkboxes for all kinds of content. I checked them all ON, but it still doesn't load them.
I tried an experiment with Kontakt 7 and was able to load all of my relocated content, but I had to load them as user files. YUK.
I've tried reinstalling both Kontakt 7 and Kontakt 8. It didn't help.
What can I do to force Kontakt to recognize the new location?

Thanks for the comments. I don't know how I got licensed for those missing Maschine items. I don't own a maschine. I'm guessing they came with Komplete 13. But since I don't own a Maschine, and I don't know of any way to use them anyway, so I guess I won't bother with it anymore.
It concerns me a little that NA believes I should have them, but can't reinstall them. I hope that doesn't become true of other items.
I still don't understand what happened with the original Kontakt problem. So, I deleted everything (NA, Kontakt, Komplete, etc, including all the config stuff in Library, etc), re-installed NA, set my content location appropriately, and then re-installed everything using NA. Kontakt can see the content now. I am clueless why it was broken. And I guess sometimes it takes a hammer to fix things. :)
Thanks for all the help.

FYI, I'm on Mac OS Sonoma 14.7.1
Also, don't know if this helps but Native Access could not relocate a few items. On those items reinstall is not an option, and Repair doesn't work. Those items are:
- Risking Crescent
- Solar Breeze
- True School
- Velvet Lounge
Lastly, within Kontakt 8, I try to start Native Access and Kontakt 8 does not recognize that it is available and suggests that I go download it. ???

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Have you done all the Mac users must do when using N.I. software ? :
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac.
When sure all the above criteria has been met then reinitialize the KONTAKT Database
If the problem persists then please contact N.I.Native Access and Installation Support .
In case that you need guidance contacting support : Please read : how to get support !

Yes, however, NTKDaemon does not show up in the list of potential apps needing full disk access. I've turned all the others on.
NTKDaemon is running, I can see it in the Activity Monitor.

Possibly the steps below is fitting for NTKDaemon also ?
1) Quote Jeremy_NI: please check these articles:
Native Access Error: "Please grant permission to NTK Daemon to install dependencies"
Native Access Freezes on “Installing Dependencies“ at Startup
2) Quote Jeremy_NI :
can you check the following?
- Open your Mac's System Preferences and click Security & Privacy.
- Under the Privacy tab, choose Full Disk Access from the side bar.
- Click the lock icon in the bottom left of the window and enter your Mac password.
- Ensure that Native Access appears in the list.
- If it does not appear in this list, click the + icon and add the following apps:
- Macintosh HD > Applications >Native Access
- Macintosh HD > Library >Application Support > Native Instruments > NTK > NTKDaemon
- Once completed, click the lock icon again
3) QuoteJeremy_NI :
Also make sure that the NTK Daemon is in the login items in your system preferences, under Users & Groups: (Ventura has "Login Items" under "General".)
If it's not there, unlock and add it, you can find it here:
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > NTK > NTKDaemon
Otherwise the please contact N.I.Native Access and Installation Support

Those are Maschine expansions, not Kontakt libraries.
Therefore they can not be used in Kontakt.
Perhaps you installed them once and then removed them?
But still are visible in N.A. because you own them, probably from a Komplete series.Do a manual check on your hard disc. If you still have them, they should be in your Content Location

Thank you 🙂 , yes , I should have dug into that also rather than concentrating on the first post. 🤔
