Kontakt 7

I'm loosing access to my email address and need to change it. I've tried to summit a ticket but all it does is send an email verification. How do I change my address and maintain access to my account?

I am having a problem with the hand position feature in Scarbee Ric Bass. I have read the documentation and watched the official video, and am still not sure how to use this feature. I have a pattern where all notes in the pattern exist within the fourth position. When I playback the pattern in Ideas, all notes are played…

Hi, I recently bought an entirely new PC and I backed everything up prior but I cannot access any of it now because both disks became randomly corrupted, I got my FLPs and most files but I did not manage to take a copy of Kontakt 7 cause' I thought NI would have access to it through the software, it does not - I can only…

Hi everyone, I recently shared the first two finished songs from my cinematic folk metal project Wuldorwudu. The third song from my concept album The Path of the Seven Stars is now finished as well: III. Mystical Alchemy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=emDpfy76OmU The song enters the living mystery of nature — where the…

Hi! Since the last update for Maschine Plus, Kontakt 8 is now supported (in standalone mode), what does that actually mean? Can I for example load any Kontakt 8 instrument that I own into Maschine Plus and use it in standalone (of course I mean only patches that use less than 4GB of memory RAM)? For example, I own all…

Today, while installing an instrument for Kontakt Player 7 I allowed Native Access to update Kontakt and itself. Upon completing these updates, I found the following issue when attempting to initiate Kontakt within REAPER: Upon investigating other instances of this issue online, I've attempted the following solutions:…

Hi, I am posting this because I have spent 4 hours troubleshooting a critical "silent" crash that prevented Kontakt 7 from launching. I have performed a deep analysis using Process Monitor and identified a structural flaw in the application's startup routine regarding registry management. The Issue: Kontakt 7 crashes…

This is just a PSA for the Noire Piano VST - I've been dealing with a high pitched ringing on many factory settings…its the Pedal Resonance. Even when no keys are played, just depressing the sustain pedal creates it. Turning the pedal resonance all the way down has eliminated the ringing. I can't imagine how many people I…

Hello, I own a full Kontakt 6 license purchased in September 2022 and registered to the associated account. The following products are correctly displayed in my Native Instruments account: KONTAKT Kontakt 7 Bundle Update Kontakt Factory Library for KONTAKT However, on my new Mac running macOS Tahoe, both Kontakt 7 and…

String ensemble cut off notes (which are still being held on the keyboard) after releasing the sustain pedal. This happens only when the MIDI transpose (Instrument Options) is set to a value other than 0. Besides this, sometimes one note of chord seems to mis the sustain off whereas the other notes did seem to have…

I can't see Kontakt 7 (full version) on the list of my library products even after activating the legacy button, logging out, quitting Native access, and logging back in. I'm on macOS Big Sur 11.7.11. I have the license (Courtesy of Jeremy_NI) but after having to factory reset my macbook pro, all I see on the Native Access…

In Native Access, when I enter the serial number for Damage 1, it says I have already registered the serial number (which I have). However, the product does not show up in my library, so I cannot activate it or use it at all. All attempts to contact both Native Instruments and Heavyocity support have been futile. Even more…

Proven Design Philosophy The Maschine hardware series, maintaining roughly the same number of buttons and navigation aids for over ten years, clearly proves it's on the right track with design decisions. This is evident in Akai's MPC XL choice, which the company presents as the flagship standalone and adopts similar…
