Why was I charged twice?
My last payment was in January 2025. Since I didn't make a payment afterward, my account became inactive. Today, I updated my payment method to reactivate it and made the payment. When I clicked the "activate" button, I was charged twice. I sent several emails, but haven't heard back. Do you have any suggestions?

Kontakt 7 Refuses to open after update but works outside of DAW
I just received an update via Native Access for Kontakt 7 (Kontakt 7.10.9 (2025-08-12)) but after installing it, Kontakt 7 no longer opens but requests that I contact the manufacturer. When I open it independently (oustide the daw) it opens up just fine. Please help.
