I own a full Kontakt 6 license purchased in September 2022 and registered to the associated account.
The following products are correctly displayed in my Native Instruments account:
KONTAKT
Kontakt 7 Bundle Update
Kontakt Factory Library for KONTAKT
However, on my new Mac running macOS Tahoe, both Kontakt 7 and Kontakt 8 open only in "KONTAKT Player" mode.
Third-party Kontakt-based instruments, including Kompa Synth by Jay Dauph, display the message:
"FULL KONTAKT REQUIRED"
and produce no sound.
I have already opened four support tickets and followed all the automated troubleshooting procedures suggested (logging into the correct account, reinstalling the software, verifying licenses, checking Native Access, confirming macOS compatibility, etc.), without any success.
The screenshots clearly show that the Kontakt license is present in my account, yet Kontakt 7 and Kontakt 8 still launch only in Player mode.
As a result, libraries that require the full version of Kontakt can no longer be used.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
