I'm loosing access to my email address and need to change it. I've tried to summit a ticket but all it does is send an email verification. How do I change my address and maintain access to my account?

Please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.

Only NI support can change your email. They don’t work weekends unfortunately.

Please contact N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.
