In Native Access, when I enter the serial number for Damage 1, it says I have already registered the serial number (which I have). However, the product does not show up in my library, so I cannot activate it or use it at all. All attempts to contact both Native Instruments and Heavyocity support have been futile.
Even more bizarrely, in my Transfer Licenses section which has all of my serials, Damage doesn't appear. It's as if I never registered it at all.
