Kontakt 5 still shows up in Native Access under Updates after uninstalling
I have uninstalled Kontakt 5 using Windows De-installation plus using Native Uninstaller as well. When I open Native Access it still shows Kontakt 5 with a Repair notice? I don´t want to repair it I don´t want to see it anymore there.

Can't find NKTDaemon on my Mac Studio Ultra 2. Is there a link to the latest download?
I keep getting pop up notices to install the NKTDaemon helper tool. I go to the Native Instruments folder to give the app full access but it's not there. Just a documents folder. I see it in my Activity Monitor but that still doesn't help giving it permission. Is there a link to the latest version?

Why are all of my purchased products in "DEMO" status?
I purchased the Komplete 13 in 2020. And now all my products in Kontakt say DEMO status, and it only lets me use the instrument in Kontakt for 15 minutes. How do I fix this?

Since the new Update (today) I cannot use any Native Software Products
Is anybody experiencing the same problem? Since this morning Kontakt is missing and all other Standalone Softwares from Native. Many of my products do not show up in Native Access and I cannot work with native at this point. Is it because of the new update?

Had to wipe my OS
I had to wipe my OS and I had it all redone but now I want to update my Native. Do I hit install ALL or do I link somehow to my external hard drive where I'm pretty sure I have them already?? Pete

Komplete 14 issues
Hi, I recently bought komplete 14 standard off of Thomann. When i try to use the serial number it shows the message that i do not have the basis product. The guides on native aren't helping me resolve this issue at all. I hope someone in here has had the same issue and can share how they resolved it. Thanks!

Can't download anything
I saved up to buy kontakt 7 and downloaded part of the library. however i restarted my computer and I am unable to see anything in the Native app. I have attached proof of purchase. I have tried entering the redeem code as well, but it didn't work.

Turn off auto update for native access for 10.14
Is there a way to turn off the native access update? I'm running macOS 10.14 and do not want to update to 10.15 because I will lose a bunch of apps. Native access keeps updating to 3.3.0 and then I cannot open it and have to download and reinstall NI 3.2

Possible temp fix to NA issues is just to do nothing

What are these two untitled items at the top of my library list and how do I get rid of them?
