Jesus. xmas. I've tried everything 10 times, followed all the instructions, deleted all the files, made sure all the permissions were granted.Installation Failed Installation Failed

Hello MIke Albanese, sorry for the issue.
Can you please try the following workaround:
In order to get NA to download the full installer we have to remove the affected products first.
PC:
- Apply the following steps to the affected products: Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)
- Restart PC and open NA
- Install the product(s) from the available section
- NA should download and run the full installer of the latest available version now
Mac:
- Navigate to the following location: Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences >
- delete the following file of the affected product: com.native-instruments.product name.plist
- restart your computer and open NA
- Install the product(s) from the available section
- NA should download and run the full installer of the latest available version now
Please let me know about the results afterwards.

Thank you for the quick reply but. . .I looked in both my Library folders for the file com.native-instruments.product name.plist but its not there. I can take a screenshot to show you. Thank you

I've downloaded the latest NA. It fails at the end of the install. Every time. I've gone thru the file deletion option. The single listed file you recommend to delete I cant locate. I'm using NA 1 cause I cant install NA2. I have had NA2 working in the past but with the blink of an eye, I tried to open it and got errors. Hasnt workd in months. I hope someone can help me dig deeper into this issue instead of "download NA2 and go thru the install". It aint working. HELP
