The Nolly Bass Library "Download failed"

I am using Windows 11, and Native Access is updated to 3.16.0, I was able to download and update other plugins, but not "The Nolly Bass Library".

I used to have it installed on my computer, but deleted it to save some space. I must have removed it incorrectly because I am receiving a "Download failed" error when attempting to install it. I've gone through all related troubleshooting steps on the website and forums I can find, nothing is helping, there is no error description or error code, it is literally just "Download failed" with no explanation. I have no other way of installing this. Can anyone help? I've already submitted a support ticket, but wondering if by chance anyone has run into a similar issue and fixed it.

Since it's a third party library and only few 3rd party libraries are deployed by Native Access, are you sure you installed it with Native Access? Some require to download the files from their own platforms: Setting Up a Third-Party Kontakt Library

If it's definitely handled by Native Access, have you checked the following? Native Access Error Message: Download Failed: "Unknown error"
