Download failed on Mac
I'm getting repeated "Download failed" errors. Running Mac OS Sequoia with Native Access 3.16.0 . I already tried the recommended solutions for tuning off private relay and confirmed that full disc access is granted. So it's not one of those. Any other ideas? Strangely, not all products are affected. Attaching a screenshot for the products that repeatedly fail.

When using Sequoia then you must also do the : quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network , alas then from Kymeia's and others' reports then that is not always straight forward.
Also the Clean My Mac has been giving people all sorts of strange problems : Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

Also for Sonoma. Some downloads succeeded, but after a while (maybe after a broken download) no more downloads work (even the small ones). deinstalled Native Access and installed a new copy. Same as before !!!

Thank you, but that didn't solve the problem. The local network settings do not seem to make a difference.

Sorry that it did not help ,
by the way ,also be sure to use latest version of Native Access for your OS
And also double check that you have enough space on both download drive and Content drive (I sometimes forget) :

Check with Disk Utility to see if you have any snapshots that are taking up space.
You'll have to enable show snapshots first though if you haven't already.
You can also verify this by going to the terminal and typing du -H
If NA is complaining about disk space, more than likely you will see a difference in free space in the terminal compared to Disk Utility.

Also happens to me. I've been waitin for days to some big library updates to finish. After almost completely downloaded 30-60 gb, then completely stop. And download failed error. So frustrating, this is quite disappointing software from NI. Never had this much problems.
13.7.2 Ventura. Plenty of disk space and fast fibre connection.0 -
I just had this , does it say invalid download location , even tho the location exists, try restarting NA , that worked for me

Make sure that you have done all the must do ;
Use latest version of Native Access for your OS
ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)
Also then do not use Clean My Mac. (in particular)
And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network
