Problems with VST running on laptop MSI Prestige 16 - I9, 32 gb RAM

hello everyone! I have a problem that upsets me a lot! I recently bought an MSI laptop for video editing, but now I want to use it for vst tones. I also tried with focusrite gen 4 and rme babyface pro to give play both in contact and in giglad and the buffer is big... I have interruptions, bursts. What can I do? I reduced the buffer, I set everything that needed to be set. A friend of mine who has an I7 laptop has no problems at all..they are doing very well. i7 amd ryzen. What can i do? Thank you! Should I reinstall windows? would it help
