Refund/return on upgrade - no response!
Hi there, I sent a request to support for a refund/return after upgrading to KOMPLETE 14 ULTIMATE Update DL. I am not happy with the upgrade and so wish to have a refund. I've not heard anything back since I started my support ticket on the 24th Jan. Is there anyone looking into this? Thanks Steve

Any update on Sonoma support - it's been 5 months since it was released.
Sonoma came out in September last year and it's almost February. I know NI have a lot of products to check, but the betas are available well before the final release - can't believe that it seems to take so long for them to support latest versions of MacOS.

Hi, when I open Kontakt 7 (full version) it beachballs for more than an hour when I open World Perc Creator and nothing loads. When I open Kontakt Player it opens in just 5 seconds? Why is this happening? And how can I solve this?
