Picked acoustic question

so I have a midi file that has a most id like to be played by Picked Acoustic in Komplete Kontrol. When some simple synth plays the melody it sounds just fine. But when I select Picked Acoustic as a plugin the melody becomes all weird with notes missing, extra notes, hammer ons etc. I’ve tried all settings (I think).

Am I missing something? Is it possible to just use the sound of PA for a random midi file?

    thanks, the seemed to help. Kind of. Still a bit iffy but I think that’s just the midi file. Just need to work on it I guess.

    Have you tried selecting all of the notes and bringing them up an octave?
