Shreddage 3 Jupiter is not working (SOLVED)

My Shreddage 3 Jupiter is not loading from Native Access. Even if I put the serial again, it can't be downloaded. It appears "locate" but the files can't be found anywhere. How can I download it again?
EDIT: Problem solved, I had to download it from Impact Soundworks lol
