I own a maschine plus and upgraded to Komplete 13 standard a few years ago.

Just had a look at updating to Komplete 15 standard and it says I have to do the more expensive upgrade to Komplete 15. The price difference is update is 179pounds v upgrade 449pounds.

I'm not at all impressed with this and to be honest, I'm not surprised.

NI is just a money making venture now and don't care about their old customers.

If you have K13, to get K15 you need K15 Update.

K15 Upgrade is used to upgrade from Komplete Select.

Make sure you're going from K13 standard to K15 standard, and then it will be an 'update' charge.

If you select K15 Ultimate it will be an 'upgrade'.

You are correct, I own 13 standard but in my account I can only upgrade, not update. It is not a good way to treat existing customers.
