Need to reset the registration of second hand midi keyboard

Hello lovely people from NI,

I recently purchased a second hand product of yours - a midi keyboard through an intermediary who is not related to the previous owner.
when I try to register the product, it says that this software is already registered to another owner.
Is there a way to delete the old owner's information so the product can be registered in my name?
