hi I emailed customer service around 12 hours ago. I don’t know how long it takes to get a response if anyone knows. But I bought a used machine micro mk3 on guitar center not knowing about the software I needed to download for it to be useable. I wanted to use this with fl studio. Is there any way for me to do that?

Edit copied pattern changes original pattern?
Hi, I'm new to Maschine (Mikro). I recorded a pattern in my drums group. I duplicated the pattern within the drum group in order to modify it for use in a different scene. Unfortunately all changes I make in the copied pattern change the original pattern as well. Thanks for advice how to avoid this behaviour.

Maschine Software won't show up after Hardware registration
Hello, I bought Maschine MIKRO MK3 and registered the hardware in NA. The instructions says that the software serial should show up in NA after registration of the hardware and I've refreshed NA several times now. i have registered the serial of my maschine but i don't see the software in native access
