What does Support do NI ?

hello, I'm disappointed . Since five days, I 'm waiting for the NI Support. I get a ticket ref. NI 849141 last Friday. No answer, Get a ticket from InMusic Support InMusic 850630.

My MacBook (Mid2012) has crashed. Got a new one MacBook M5, and Instal NI ACCESS. But I CANT DOWNLOAD all the app, extensions, effects, ….

I CANT ADD a SERIAL (already used !).

I already sent all the proof of payment for my acquisitions via an email.

NOTHING just SILENCE.

NI Support do not work weekends. Also there have been seen delays recently due to recent inMusic dispositions…

So you should probably not expect an answer from NI Support before end of this week or some time next week.

There should be no need to input serials again if you are logged into the correct account with correct email and password , and then you should be able to install your software using the latest version of Native Access for your OS on a new PC .

Else then what is the exact problem and error message ?
