KOMPLETE KONTROL cannot select device after reinstalling
I deleted the software and reinstalled it, after which KOMPLETE KONTROL cannot select KOMPLETE KONTROL M32. Only keyboards work. buttons and jog do not work. SHIFT + MIDI/ PLUGIN didn't help

Hello, I have installed sample bank The Gantleman but it does not play sound previews like other banks. I installed it thru Native Access and I am using Komplete Kontrol 2.6.7 (R1) on Windows 10.
