How to use Komplete Kontrol M32 with Arturia Pigment

Hi all, I bought Pigment from Arturia (a Native Instrument offer!!) today but I can't use it with the Kontrol M32… what wrong? 😥

    Hi @Jeremy_NI, yes I see it. Now everything is in order and working well.

    I had trouble because I connected the keyboard after launching Pigment and it didn't recognize it. If I plug it in BEFORE everything is fine. A rookie mistake, sorry. :-)

    Depends, are you running Pigments standalone, in Komplete Kontrol, in a DAW and if yes, which one, does your M32 work with other tools and so on. Help us out here 😁

    Hi, yes I see that. In standelone it's work but in Komplete Kontrol App no (just Maschine MK3). :-((

    Hey @momo-fr Can you see Pigments in the Komplete Kontrol browser ? can you load it ? Do you get an error message ? The more details you give, the easiest it is for others to help.
