Both Kontakt and Komplete control are not working (crush) in Logic neither in standalone
I have tried to follow the steps from https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004169849-KONTAKT-Crashes?
and after step 2 kontakt can run in standalone, but once I pressed the bottom active, it brings me to native access, which asked me to install kontakt again. After the installation finished, kontakt went back to crushing...
Komplete control was not crushed when I opened it, but if I tried to load an instrument, it then crushed.
I have followed the instruction from that link and carefully done every steps, still not working.
I am using the M1 Pro and I run logic with rosetta. Please could someone help me or letting me know if you have the same issue.

Hey @sheng gao
Please make sure to give Full Disk Access to Native Access, Komplete Kontrol, Kontakt and Logic:
How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS
Have you tried to open Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol in standalone ? Do you get a crash when loading a library too ?

Hi Jeremy, the issue is still there. I gave full disk access to native access, komplete kontrol, kontakt and logic. I did try to open kontakt and komplete kontrol in standalone, kontakt crushed as soon as I opened it and komplete kontrol won't crush until I tried to load any instrument on it.
And I am pretty sure that I had followed the instruction from https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004169849-KONTAKT-Crashes?. Please could you help me to find out what's the problem?
