Could not register product due to it being used. It was purchased at a guitar center, and I therefore have no access to the previous owner. I need to be able to register to get the product working. What can I do?

Maschine 3.0 standalone supports basic functionality but I can’t use my Kontrol S61 mk3 with the Maschine VST plugin. Is this not supported (yet?) or am I doing something wrong?

Mascine 3 not exporting songs
Greetings all, since I bought Macine 3, the band Komplete 15 and the Maschine bundle. I cannot export songs, songs made in mascine 2 won't load in mashie 3 and cannot find Komplete 15. Mya main concern is Mascine 3 isn't working on exporting or importing.

Unable to Select My Kontrol S61 MK3 in Maschine 3
I am only able to connect to my Maschine MK3 hardware but I am not able to connect to my Kontrol S61 MK3. I had a firmware update today that updated successfully and since then I can't even connect it as a controller in Komplete Kontrol. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue.
