I've had this before and following the steps to delete various files and restart Access then Komplete Kontrol restored them - but this time … nothing.
Removed preferences, Application Support files, emptied trash - the usual. But still, no images.
What happened to Native Support - the old typeform used to be passable and get someone to respond usually. There seems to be NO way to access support anymore? This is batshit.
(i'm on a mac M1 Max running sequoia and have Maschine 3.1.1)
