I cannot even uninstall Native Access 1; the computer says mia.lib is missing.

This is actually a WEBSITE issue.
The last few weeks your website loads as French instead of English, and when I delete the FR in the URL, it puts it back and sends me back to French. I have to swap it and use EN for it to work. Please fix this, thanks. I am in Canada, but I am ENGLISH not FRENCH, perhaps your detection for language is not working. Thanks!

Why do i see stuff i don't own in Native Access, and why it's not marked as demo ?

EVERY new update of Kontakt 8 and Massive X in Native Access fails like this. Look at the screenshots. Why? Even if I complexly uninstall both items and reinstall, the next update will turn out the same. :-/

Thumbs not showing
The thumbs for my Libraries do not show. The text titles do. I went to the NI advice but when I get to to the end they tell ne to delete the pal.dbx file. However I get a message "the action cannot be completed because the file is open in NTKDaemon". I can't see any program open anywhere. Any ideas?

how do I delete the pal.db file

Just installed the new update and can confirm - this fix is not fixed: ADDED Legacy product versions filtering in the Library tab All these "legacy" libraries are right back in my face - just as they were in v3.20/v3.19 etc No amount of switching this new toggle on/off will make them go away. VP
