SERIAL NUMBERS NOT IN MY PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

Question

i looked and m serial number for picked guitar isnt there. i been looking and i got emails saying its there but its not. it says i own the product and it itsnt rejestered and it doesnt show me a serial and when i look under order history and veiw detaisl it doesn't give me a number either

Exactly what product did order say that you bought ?   (please leave out any personal information including order number).

Often what happens is that people buys something that does not fit their account.   Else then as maniacintosh81 and Vocalpoint writes in the above then you should be able to download and install your purchase using latest version of Native Access for your OS and same email login and password as when buying.

What product does it say when you check your account when using same email as when purchasing ?  And does it say registered or not registered ?

If the product appears in the Not Registered area - this means either you have not installed the product via Native Access (serials are handled automatically) OR you purchased the product but the purchase has been put on hold for one reason or another.

@maniacintosh81 is correct. At no time (unless it is a third party product OR hardware) should you ever need to input a serial manually into Native Access.

Since this is an NI direct product - it is either in Native Access or it is not.

You did not provide any info as to when you bought this or what you are trying to do.
