[UPDATE ISSUE] Native Access updated from previous. version to latest. Cannot log in.

Hi there,

I launched NA after it updated and noticedI had been logged out. I tried logging in and each time the pop-up window displays, I will login and I was presented with a message asking me to Retry the login, this continued in a loop.

I closed NA and now it just launches with Loading Products and never completes

Everything was working fine before this update.

Are you certain it's Native Access asking you to log in and not MacOS asking for permission to install support services? If it looks like this then you need to enter your Mac username/password

As already suggested by mykejb then be sure that you are not mistakenly prompted by the Device login rather than the N.I. N.A. login , else try the Native Access Error: "Unable to log in" troubleshooter

Did you try the Native Access freezes on “Loading Products“ at startup troubleshooter ?

Thanks for your responses.

I rebooted my machine, deleted all the cache files and everything NA apart from the App, then upon launch again it requested to install the Install Helper. I had a suspicion this was it, but it was not popping up the macOS permissions window or showing anything in the logs to suggest this.

All sorted now.
