NI has invalidated several of my licenses

This week loading Native Access 6 apps, 4 of them discontinued products, were removed from my ownership and now show as Demos. Skanner and Skanner XT Upgrade I bought on KVR in May 2025; Native Access at that time accepted the serials and I've been running SkannerXT fine since then. Now my license disappeared from My Account and Support refuses to reauthorize it, saying the 2 licenses have never been transferred from their 2 original owners, and that I have never owned or run it in spite of my telling them that and providing the Paypal receuipt and the KVR message and my being an extensive customer with Komplete 15 and many other apps. This seems outrageous.

fwiw the other 4 they invalidated are Super 8 R2, The Finger, and Lofi Vibes, all of which run normally though showing in Native Access as suddenly only Demos [The Finger for a day showed in Native Access as Demo, then changed to showing 2 instances, one in demo one not]; and Session Strings, which I may have lost proper ownership to when I sold Komplete 12, though Support at that time told me it would still be valid and it continued to function fine till this.

@Vocalpoint, I believe Skanner and XT Upgrade DID appear there, but have now disappeared. I seem to remember Super 8 R2 also previously appearing there, anyway, gone now. The others were part of bundles which still appear in spite of the weird Demo notices for apps which form part of authorized bundles, the other apps of whuch continue to work.

donco on kvr I bought Skanner and Skanner XT Upgrade from, says Skanner but not the XT Upgrade license has reappeared in his account [they falsely claim he never transferred it to me] so it appears now in his My Account. The XT I think they've transferred back to 'Andrew', presumably where donco bought the license before selling both to me. He sent me transcript of his NI ticket where NI Support released XT for sale to me, so documentation it belonged to him, not any longer to 'Andrew', before selling to me, exists.

@bravedog Not 100% sure of what happened here but we don't invalidate anything intentionally. It looks like a couple of issues entertwined, I found your requests and escalated them, a specialist should get back to you and sort this out.

@Jeremy_NI, thanks, Martin in Support has been responding, claiming I guess that I'm lying or confused and that this didn't happen. I've now sent him donco's NI ticket number and transcript proving donco did own XT though Martin now claims that has never been transferred from Andrew the original owner [ I think?], so donco can't even re-transfer me the licenses a 2nd time, but we must also go back to Andrew, which may not be possible. Though I earlier sent Martin my paypal receipt and kvr donco license sales message, Martin dismisses this evidence. I've now also sent him the full donco transcript and new communications. I am very dissatisfied with the response so far, which began with his for almost a week providing no assistance beyond referring me back again and again to the faq of steps to take if auth changes incorrectly to Demo, though told before 1st contact and again and again all these steps had been followed without change. I think I worked with Martin before and he was helpful then, don't know what the story is this time.

thx, Martin has reauthorized Skanner/XT and Lofi Vibes. I still show 2 instances of The Finger, 1 working, that's weird but ok. Super 8 R2 still says Demo in Native Access but vst3 doesn't time out. Session Strings I guess will stay deactuvated now since I did sell Komplete 12 Ipgrade though before whatever happened it stayed authorized, I opened it just a few weeks ago to contrast with Session Strings 2, so I definitely still had it, presumably it stayed authorized because I had Session Strings 2 it's kind of the #1 of. That's a drag but so it goes, Skanner XT was the big one. Thx, later
