Is it down? Not accepting a valid Native ID in login

Hi Guys,

after re-installation of Win10 installed NA to reinstall Traktor 4 which I bought, and NA will not accept my Native ID. On the NI site, my Native ID works fine, and shows the purchases I have made. Help??

the advice did help - I think it was possibly something to do with my work network access, when I tried it again on my home network it was ok.
