Start to make me very very dissatisfied!

Guys,

I just want to play music and compose … instead of that I am passing hours to find out the good way to download my updated packages from Native Access.

Tried everything I could find on all discussions and as many said: I am not IT engineer!!! - just want to make music!

Could be good that you will have a look on all posts made around this topic + Youtube: Your Native Access system does not work properly and updates are blocked for any obscure reason.

We are on 2026, I believe any student out of IT school could help you to solve It!.

Me I stop to work like this and until I will have new Native Access update working well, I will start to seek for alternative Musical solution as I just wan to play music!!!

Hope message is clear … but no sure somebody will look at this.

The message about audio applications running is always displayed, it's not saying there's a problem just that there might be if you still have audio applications running. It should probably be reworded, but that's another discussion!

What's the problem you're having? Are they any error messages being displayed about install/download failures?

It's very likely if what you want to do is just make music you may be getting in over your head in trying to deal with the intricacies of using DAWs and virtual instruments. DAWs, by themselves, are fairly sophisticated pieces of software. Add virtual instruments and synthesizers and it only gets more complex.

You can make music with a guitar, some paper and pencils and a simple recorder. Music production, by definition, requires technical expertise in the equipment and processes used to produce it. Regardless of whether you want to just use a simple DAW or a full range of virtual instruments in your production will automatically require you to acquire additional technical skills to accomplish it. If that's outside of your comfort zone I'd suggest paper, pencils and a simple recording device.
