So I've been attempting to install several virtual instruments and I haven't been able to figure this one out. my product gets fully installed, the progress bar is full and it reads "less than a minute remaining," but it gets stuck right there. After about a minute or so, it says "download failed" and pauses the instal. For example with studio drummer, it says "7.43 GB / 7.43 GB - less than a minute remaining" but it can't finish the process, and the download fails. It doesn't start over, it just pauses but can't finish.
I have tried changing the instal location to internal and the same thing happens. When I go to the install location, it looks like everything is there, but when I open a DAW, it is nowhere to be found in the Kontakt library. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
