REQUEST: Relocate ALL libraries at once

I find myself wiping my computer about once a year. All NI content is on an external SDD. I appreciate the ability to relink content libraries without having to re-download them all (except for Expansions, currently). However, since I have Komplete CE, that's a LOT of individual libraries I have to manually relink.

I like the Kontakt option where, once it's found one missing sample, it's smart enough to look in related folders and automatically relink all other samples.

I'm requesting a similar feature for Native Access. Here's a sample flow:

1. Reinstall Native Access

2. Use Preferences / File System to identify the Content folder on external SDD

3. Add a button to "relink content libraries"

4. Automatically scan all folders and re-establish those Installed libraries

Locating Multiple Products

If multiple products were moved (e.g. Kontakt / Reaktor instruments or Expansions), you can use the function Maintenance > Repair installed Products.

Note: The Repair installed Products feature applies to library content only. It's not currently possible to use it to find multiple applications (e.g. FM8, Massive, etc.).

Click Support and select Repair installed Products.
Note: If some libraries are still missing, you can choose another parent folder to try again.

Pretty sure that got added back a while ago - it's called Locate All.

Was there for sure in Native Access v1.

That said - would love to know why you wipe your machine once per year…

There is absolutely no reason for wiping any modern computer once a year… or even once every 5 years…

Even if it is problematic, even if it is full of rubbish, you can simply reset it, while choose to save your programs and files. Those techniques (wiping, format etc.) had a point 15 years ago and before. Not anymore.

…and above all: You are killing your SSD, literally!

In this particular instance, I wiped the computer because I have been observing some very strange behaviour that after many days of troubleshooting was unable to debug:

Every time a new version of Native Access was updated, by NTK Daemon stopped working and I had to use some terminal commands to restart it. Very annoying
My GeForce NOW app stopped working (got hung on authentication) whereas the browser version worked fine
My Steam stopped being able to launch games (like Terraria etc)

I suspect the millions of VI launchers/helpers were somehow conflicting. The best option for me was to wipe and then carefully reinstall only those VIs etc that I know I'm using.

You may be right (though I'd love to hear how I'm "literally destroying my SSD" by doing a soft format on it - that sounds like superstition but I'm happy to be corrected and educated). about not wiping the computer all the time, but in this case it was an excellent exercise in making sure I've only got what I need.

Plus I'm an old windoze user who's been scarred for years by the bloat and lag that happens over time with those OSes.
