See the image below... See the divider bar positioning cursor? Look where it is and still active for divider bar positioning. It is covering the scroll bar. The active area for the divider bar positioning cursor is too wide.

I found that Kontakt 7.6.1 changed my default view by removing the browser on the left. Since have never played around with this, I had to consult the manual first in order to get that back. IMO an update should not apply such changes.
