Traktor X1 MK3 USB port very tight
I just got a new X1 Mk3 and the USB input port is very stiff. I need to use a lot of force to insert the USB cable. I tried with the included cable and that one is even tighter then some older NI cables i have.

My Traktor S4 Mk3 has a problem. The pot that controls the effects on channel A is below the Low. When I set the pot to the middle where its cutoff point is, it remains activated and running in the program. The physical pot doesn't match the MIDI pot.
