Audio output "stutters" when on battery

I am running Traktor Pro 2.

When I play a song, the audio "stutters" usually a few times during a song. I've noticed that by plugging in the power, all of this stuttering goes away.

However in settings (I have Windows 11), System → Power & Battery, my power mode is set to "Balanced" for both "Plugged in" and for "On battery" so I'm thinking the computer is running just as fast regardless whether I'm plugged in or not. (Are there other settings that affect computer performace?)

Does anybody know what I can do to get rid of this stutter while not plugged in?

The windows 11 settings don't show any details of the selected power plan. You need to check the Control Panel for that.

It is rare that the plans are identical for plugged in and on battery. In general the high performance plan should be selected (that isn't the 'best performance' setting), and the laptop should always be plugged in

Is the CPU set to 100% at min and max? If so then your PC will take additional power from the battery. Just a tought - I don't have Win11 experience with Traktor.
