Output Routing, Phones Out not working

Hello my Traktor pro 4 does not recognize my headphones in the outpu routing parameter when I am connected to my speaker during my sessions with my Kontrol S2.. Does anyone know where the problem comes from ? Thank you

have you installed the drivers from here:

https://www.native-instruments.com/de/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/#traktorcontroller

And if you own the MK3 version you find the asio driver here, bottom of that page:
