Is it possible to use media players like a cdj to control the channels of a z1 mk2?

I currently have an x1 mk3 and love it. However I want to upgrade with an external mixer. I like how compact the z1 is, but i'm wondering how much use I will get in the future. Does anyone have any experience using the z1 mk2 and using a media player like a cdj to control a channel in traktor.

Hello,

you can use all midi controllers you want side by side, the x1 mk2 for controlling mixer + a cdj or two to control a deck or more decks.
