Driver problem with Traktor S2 MK1 and Windows 11?

Hi all!
I am having a problem with a Traktor S2 (MK1) controller connected to a Windows 11 PC. The device is correctly detected via USB, drivers and firmware are up to date, but the controller is not detected by the Traktor software. I discovered that when accessing the device manager there is an error message "problem starting the device":
Problema di avvio del dispositivo USB\VID_17CC&PID_1100&MI_00\6&18e791b7&0&0000.
Nome driver: oem232.inf
GUID classe: {88bae032-5a81-49f0-bc3d-a4ff138216d6}
Servizio: ks2usb_svc

Filtri superiori:
Problema: 0x0
Is this a driver issue or could it be something else?
Can anyone help me?
Thanks in advance!
Antonio

Also: did you install the driver provided in NI website or you let Windows do it automatically?

Hi!
Yes, I have already downloaded the latest drivers and followed the instructions in the article "My Traktor Controller is Not Recognized" but it did not solve the problem.

I don’t know if this could help with S2 MK1…but check in Task Manager if NI Agents are running (NIHardwareAgent and NIHostintegrationAgent).
This is something that lately is causing some issues to users
