Why doesn't my screen show any song information? only show Logo
I bought some used hardware last week and now I find that the traktor screen doesn't show any information, only the logo. Has anyone encountered this before? I tried to update the software but it failed. I'm a newbie and don't know if there is a switch to turn on this function. Can anyone help me?thnaks.

I own Traktor 2 and would like to install it on my Mac. I have installed an old version of macOS (10.14.6) but Traktor is still not showing in Native Access. I saw in another thread that NI support sent someone else an installer - perhaps that would help in my case too?
