No voucher after 48 hours

Hi,
I have purchased licenses for TRAKTOR KONTROL Z1 HW hardware and TRAKTOR LE 2 TRAKTOR KONTROL Z1 Edition software.
I need to install the software in a new computer, as my other one is too old.
I applied for it on Native Instruments and it seemed everything was correct, I got the answer "you will receive your voucher for TRAKTOR LE 2 in 48 hours".
However, 48 hours have passed and I didn't receive my voucher. I checked my spam also, and nothing is there.
How can I solve this problem?

That product/licence must have been here for a while. Traktor LE2 has been discontinued since 2020 and is probably not going to sit well on current Mac operating systems. Please get in touch with my colleagues here so they can give you options: https://bit.ly/n1acc

i can't see what a voucher has to do with this… A voucher is usually some discount for further purchases and has nothing to do with your current purchase.
Your serial numbers should be in your NI account, so, open Native Access and add them, to download your software.
About the voucher itself i can not answer. I will tag @Jeremy_NI to have a look on this.
Also please, for your own protection, do not post your email (or any other sensitive information) in public (i deleted it).

Hi Jeremy, thank you for your answer. That's what I thought, that maybe it had been discontined. OK. But since I paid for it, shouldn't I get access to download the current equivalent of Traktor LE2?

Oh, the chatbot. Of course I tried it and it won't solve my problem. It's a shame not being able to contact a human being. But thanks anyway.

As I said, ask to Contact Support, if there is an agent available he will jump in the chat and if not, an email request is created and an agent will get back to you by email.
