Kontrol S3 parameters

Hello,
Today I followed the article Troubleshooting Jog Wheel Issues with the Traktor Kontrol S2 / S3 / S4 to adjust the jog sensitvity of my Kontrol S3.

I now get that this parameter is related to the sensitivity of the touch and not the sensibility of the jog wheel (backspin, etc), which seems baffling to me. Is there any way to change this setting ?

I also noticed that the volume indicator on the center decks moved (from 0 to 9, same as the jog sensitivity) when I adjusted the loop knob of the associated deck, but I can't find the effect it has.

Does anyone know what this sets ?
