Traktor pro 4

Hice una restauración al portatil y instale de nuevo el traktor pro 4 el problema que tengo cuando cargo los stems que tenía y me salen no los carga en el trak y se pone en rojo lo carga como cancion normal y suena mal he echo stems en una canción normal que no tenía echo el stems y tampoco lo carga en el track
