why is Traktor 4 Freezing, why cant Ni sort it out

I spent weeks on tennis support

brand new laptop windows 11 reinstalled

Traktor 4 randomly freezes and support cant resolve the issue

ran the latency test with 4 decks looping no issues

removed antivirus programs and Malwarebytes as they requested

given them system scans from their own support software

and they have no solution, they cant fix my Traktor TP4

Even tho people everywhere are complaining about TP4 lagging freezing etc, why don't they just admit it has problems instead of putting the onus on our hardware?

by the way, its not just Windows having an issue it is also Apple Mac´s

I own a radio station and I am Dj, i can't work because the software i.e Traktor 4 I purchased is not fit for purpose, nothing worse than Traktor freezing in the middle of a live radio set or at a club venue…. and nobody can tell me why

I have invited the CEO or head of products or support to an interview and phone in to address the end user's issues and explain why so many problems and they have no resolution to why their software is causing end-user problems

i am open to dissucion N.i. why cant you fix my problem?¿? and left me hanging with no solution…

    Is it a gaming PC laptop? Did you run LatencyMon tests already?

    no is a Asus vivobook brand New with 24gb ram. passed latencyMon running 4 decks running no problem, they can tell me why it freezes up randomly … Ableton and various other music applications works with no issue…..

    spent weeks dealing with support and they blame your hardware but not the Traktor 4

    i have removed and done what they said and still it does not stop it from freezing

    i cant work, it has frozen on me on live radio and club gigs and they just left me hanging no solution

    just google traktor freezing and see how many people are having issues on PC and Mac

    I used to Love Traktor, and support cant fix it, just left me with unusable software..

    I had exactly the same problem last week at a live gig. The First time in my life that I ever had an issue with traktor. Now at home, when I sort my playlists and add some new songs I had the some problem again, this time with the S2 controller. Is it solved now? Could Traktor solve it with an update? I use Traktor Pro 4. I hope that this will not happen again the future, but when I read it here I am scared of my next upcoming gigs. Maybe this would be the sign zu switch to rekordbox :(
