Traktor 2 Pro purchased from classifieds - cannot be activated

Hello community. I bought Traktor 2 Pro and the update version from the classifieds. Serial numbers, everything included. Access to the NI site of the previous owner also works perfectly. There is already a lot of software there that I could ‘reinstall’ if I wanted to. Only the two Traktor versions are displayed as demos. You can try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Traktor product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps

Hi, I bought a Mikro machine, had a transfer licence from the previous owner.But it didn't work.Can't get the machine software into Native Access and now can't do anything with the machine.

Well, that's encouraging. I was sceptical when I saw the offer in the classifieds. Well, it wasn't expensive, but it's still annoying. You can only run the demo and that's not the point of the thing.

If the suggested fix does not help then check your account to make sure that the serial is registered to your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page. If you have not got the product registered to account then ask N.I. Account Support to help sort it out.
Else if product is registered to your account and your problem persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
