Stuck in "Loading Products" while Native Access try to start
Hello, I'm having issues while i'm trying to install Native Access on Windows. Indeed, when i run Native Access, it gets stuck immediately during "Loading Products" phase. I have tried to disable the firewall, but it doesn't solve the issue. Do you have some advices ? Thank you.

Failed to download the latest update
Hello! I'm completely stuck there, on mac mojave 10.14.6 (if it changes anything). I tried changing the proxies settings and yes, i'm connected to the internet. Google is not helping either... Can one of you help ? Thank you !

I just purchased Kontakt Komplete Ultimate 14. Trying to Update my Traktor Pro 3 Via Native Access With no success. Ive given the Full disk access + restart multiple times, Tried uninstalling the apps and the native access app as well. I have deleted folders - started the apps as a admin, nothing works. on my windows desktop it works no problem.
