Log-In Problem with Native Access

I've been trying to log in to the native access portal to download Massive which I recently purchased, but for some reason it doesn't get me through. I've tried reinstalling the application as well as creating a 2nd account, but none of these options seem to work. What can I do?

    Hi, thank you for your help! I did a system restart and also reinstalled native access, but the same problem appears straight away :/
