Preset's Sample Sound

Hallo everyone,

I have changed the location of the ‘Content Location' in 'Native Access'. After that, I tried to check the sample sound from the 'preset' preview in 'Kontakt 7' and 'Komplete Kontrol', but I couldn’t hear the sample sound. What should I do?

Hello K.Kitada, this issue can be caused by the changed location path. For the best experience we always advice to keep the same locations that the installation goes automatically.

To solve this issue, I would kindly suggest to uninstall the previous version of the Kontakt using the method in this Knowledge Base Article below:

Then, please download it again via Native Access which can help you to recover the location paths back to normal.
