It's been 3 years since I last used my S4 controller bought in 2017. For several years I have not had my old e-mail address with which I registered my S4 MK2 controller and Traktor pro 2. I changed my computer at the beginning of the year and I'd like to put all this back on my new computer with my new e-mail address. Apparently you can't register a product on several accounts. At the time I only registered my products on 1 computer. I can't get access to NI support.
For your information, I seem to remember my old e-mail address, I still have the serial numbers and the invoice in my name. If anyone has a solution, thank you in advance.

If you have already registered the serial in Native Access using another account that you have no longer access to then this is a matter for N.I. Account Support , you need to contact N.I. Account Support
