I Need Help!

Good morning everyone,

I got the next issue, I tryed to install NI newest software but I can´t install the newest version because I use windows 8, (I get the error in the first screenshot I uploaded), so I searched for a compatible version for windows 8 which is 1.14.1 the one I got right now, and I installed it, so i get an error when I try to install a plugin (The second screenshot I uploaded). Is there another way to download the plugins?
