I moved my NI Library to a new external SSD drive. After most all of the transfer had completed and Native Access was downloading the remainder the drive failed. It is dead. After Installing new NA all of my vst 3 were deleted from custom folder
I installed the new NA, and had one update, Maschine, after that, Ableton 12 disabled all of my vst 3 plugins and moved them into common files. I have a custom folder for vst 3. Anyone else get this issue?

NA updating products BUT NOT updating products

I just bought the focursrite 4i4, and I was pleased to see it included a licence for NI Massive. I installed the native access 3.12.1, and installed kontakt 7 player succesfully, but when I try to install massive (the unlabeled one on the left), I get the below error.
