Can't relocate Ambient White!

hi
I recently bought a new computer and I found that I can't relocate Ambient White in the latest version of Native Access. It says "That path is invalid".
I have tried to re-download the files from Big Fish Audio, but still can't relocate it successfully. The method provided in Support also doesn't work.
I am currently using Native Access version 3.11.1.
I am pretty sure I was able to relocate it successfully in the older version of Native Access.
I hope NI can fix this bug soon.🙂

    Hello,

where are your libraries located, I guess you have unpacked the downloaded file and checked in explorer that the .nicnt file is where you Point na to. Certain folders can be protected under windows 11, so it could be a security issue maybe, you could try to start na as administrator and also check the block history from windows security andnif there is something from native instruments, allow it.

Thanks for your answer, but I don't think it's a Windows 11 or security issue. I tried the methods you provided, but it didn't help.
In addition, I have several Spitfire Audio libraries, such as Orchestral Swarm. They are in the same computer folder as Ambient White, but they can be relocated successfully. If it's a Windows 11 issue, I think Spitfire Audio libraries can't be relocated either.

I checked the update status page for Native Access. The update for version 3.10.3 says: "Addressed an issue where locate did not work for some products."
But I think NI may still have missed some products.

Hi, thanks for your reply, but unfortunately, this still doesn't work. I successfully located several other libraries, but not this one.
Since I don't use Ambient White for the time being, I gave up.
I hope NI can release a new update to fix the problem soon.
